This system (HCF) is composed of explosion-proof electric heater, heat ex-changer, heat conduction oil pumnp, oil pump, expansion tank, pipeline control valve and control system. When the heat conduction cil indirect exchange heat, and absorb lots ot heat from the electric heater rapidilv, it increases its own temperature Then tlow through one or more heat exchange equipment. After the use of heat treatment device to absorbing and codling the temperature, flow back to the heat conduction ail pump, heat again. Then transter the absorbed heat to the heating equipment, and Indirect exchange heated by the heat ex-changer.
